I have had neck problems for a quite awhile now due to a car accident when I was a kid. I decided to take a chance on this pillow thanks to a friend's suggestion and I am glad I did. I find my neck issues tend to be at the base of my neck, and the taller/larger side of this pillow really helps with that. I mostly sleep on my side, but I found the pillow also feels great when I lay on my back.
