So I purchased this pillow because of back pain and it has helped tremendously. It gives me the back support and I could actually get some sleep. It just hugs your body and you could get comfortable very easily. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, pregnant or not.

I typically have trouble sleeping. After positioning the pillow perfectly that's all I remember because I immediately fell asleep and slept like a baby. I've had other ones in my previous pregnancies and is by far the best one. Very comfortable and the perfect balance in soft and firm.

I can't personally vouch for the pain relief, sleep quality, or support qualities of this pillow since I bought it for my wife while she is pregnant to try to keep her off her belly. I can tell you that she loves it. She says she will continue to use it even when she's not pregnant.
