I’m a nurse and I asked an ortho doctor what he recommended for my symptoms. He recommended these inserts. Turns out I have plantar fasciitis. He said you have to break these in. Wear them an hour or two at a time and increase afterward. He said do not to start off by wearing them for my 12-hour shift. I did what he suggested and I’m glad I have found these. I have flat feet if that helps anyone in making a decision.

These inexpensive orthotics are very supportive and well designed for the money. I own two pairs, one set in a pair of tactical boots and another in a pair of dress/casual shoes, and with my feet the necessity of good support is essential. These meet the bill so far.

We got these for my teenager based on a recommendation from a podiatrist. She was having hip pain and we didn’t realize her feet would “roll” inward when she walked. She noticed a difference immediately and has been using them ever since. We ordered a second pair to rotate in multiple shoes.

I had purchased a pair of these from my podiatrist about ten years ago and they finally wore out! I was glad to find them! They provide arch support and stability. I would definitely recommend these to people with foot pain or who are prone to plantar fasciitis.

I adore these insoles. I have moderately flat feet and these make my shoes so much more comfortable for long-term wear.

OMG, these have changed my life. Seriously though, my ankles used to hurt every day even though I'm in my 20s but using these has taken away all my pain basically overnight.

This is an awesome insert orthotic! My steel toe work shoes were giving up the ghost on the inside—rather uncomfortable. At least, until I bought these inserts. Now my feet live again with strong support and comfort while standing and walking. The thing I like about these is that they are not only comfortable, but feel durable, and they STAY IN PLACE! I am so grateful for the design and quality. Definitely got my money’s worth.

This is the second pair we purchased. My wife is a walker and had foot pain. The foot doctor recommended these insoles and within a week, the problem went away. She now walks 5 - 7 miles a day and that allows me to watch a game in peace.

I am a big man on my feet all day doing apartment maintenance. I had a huge foot ache problem. I was even considering one of those specialty stores until I saw the price they charge. So, off-the-shelf ones were ineffective, the specialty store was too pricey. So I figured for the price of these maybe they work. Well, I bought a second pair of my new work boots. Never going back to those off-the-shelf ones, and my feet don't hurt no more so no need to mortgage my home for the specialty store one. You won't be disappointed.
